Knitting Boo Boo’s I have made…

What is it with accidentally twisting your circular joins. It is not like I am new to this concept but darn I managed to twist this puppy not once but twice. Then to make matters worse my stubborn German kicked in and I would not rip it out which is how it got to be such a BIG mistake. Now I figure what the hell, I am going to wear it anyway as I love the color changes it has. Next time I will be more careful.

Honest I do know how to do circular knitting correctly when I pay attention. Clearly there was way too much time on my hands at lunch today and no way was I going out and dealing with the dregs of the holiday las minute craziness. This great little ribbed cowl pattern is by Maxine Levinson and I ordered it from Knitty City with my last batch of  yarn. Made it with  Madelinetosh Vintage in the spice color and the color is just great as it has a very fall feel to it. Soft with a nice amount of give and best yet it knits up quick for those last minute Xmas gifts! Yea.
